Samia is a maintenance coordinator who manages Sullivan Property Management’s work order process flows, maintenance technician dispatch functions and maintenance related resident communications. Samia has 12 years of property management experience including prior roles as an on-site property manager, assistant property manager, property accountant and leasing agent. In addition to Sullivan, Samia enjoys cooking and managing her 3 young children.
