Senior Accountant
Lynn Mitchell is a Senior Accountant who has been with Sullivan Property Management for over 5 years. In her role, Lynn manages property owner’s funds utilizing our Appfolio cloud-based software to timely process rents and bills as well as produce monthly financial packages and owner statements. Additionally, Lynn also works with Sullivan’s leasing team to seamlessly add new tenants to Sullivan’s eco-system and assist with their transition.
Lynn graduated from Chapman University with a BS in Accounting and began her career in public accounting before transitioning into property management. Lynn is also passionate about volunteerism and assists area students to improve their computer skills at local outreach programs.
