Kalie is a Regional Supervisor who leads day to day operations for a portfolio of assigned Sullivan properties. Kalie began her property management career at the Irvine Company where she spent time working in property administration and on-site property management, financial services, and most recently in the Irvine Company’s tax accounting division.

Prior to joining Sulivan Property Management, Kalie spent two years managing a large portfolio of single-family rental homes. Kalie excels in process improvement and maximizing efficiencies. Kalie also manages both resident and owner relationships, and her team strives to provide an exceptional rental experience.
